Beauty Products Eligibility: Due to health and safety regulations, beauty and personal care items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original, sealed packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened beauty products: Skincare, makeup, perfumes, and personal care items
- Intimate products: Items for personal hygiene or intimate use
- Custom or personalized items: Made-to-order or customized products
- Digital products: E-books, digital guides, or downloadable content
- Gift cards and promotional codes
- Final sale items: Products marked as clearance or final sale
Defective or Damaged Products
We take full responsibility for products that arrive:
- Damaged during shipping – Full refund or replacement
- Defective or not as described – Full refund or exchange
- Wrong item sent – We’ll cover return shipping and send correct item
How to Return Items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll respond within 24 hours with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship
- Include RMA number on package
- Use original packaging when possible
- Ship within 7 days of receiving RMA

Original shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size exchanges: Different size of same product (subject to availability)
- Color variations: Different color of same product (subject to availability)
- Defective items: Same product replacement
International Returns
For international customers:
- Same 30-day return window applies
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs (except our errors)
- Items must clear customs – customer responsible for any duties/fees
- Extended processing time due to international shipping
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in the following conditions:
- Missing original packaging (10% restocking fee)
- Returned after 30 days but within 45 days (20% restocking fee)
- Items with visible wear or damage not due to shipping (case-by-case basis)
Gift Returns
Gift recipients can return items following the same process. If no receipt is available:
- Store credit issued for current selling price
- Valid photo ID required for returns without receipt
- Gift giver will be notified of return if requested

Can I return beauty products if I don’t like them?
Yes, as long as they are unopened and unused, within 30 days of delivery. Opened beauty products cannot be returned due to health regulations.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return (2-3 days), refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5-10 days to show the credit.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at returns@vojia.eu with photos of the damage. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund.
Can I exchange for a different product?
We offer exchanges for size/color variations of the same product. For different products, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.
